South Lake Tahoe Home

Once we arrive at our home we immediately feel stress melt away as we look out the picture windows in the living room. Our property is a double lot with 2 driveways so we can accommodate both a boat and vehicles. The back yard is large with room to play, large deck and barbecue. We have a complete nearly new kitchen and an updated master bath. Our living room is for relaxation with a gas fireplace big picture windows and a bluetooth stereo. We have 3 standard sized bedrooms but the 4th is a combination gameroom and bedroom with a pool/ping pong table and dartboard. This home combines the best of fun and relaxation.
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests and 4 cars

Our home is located in the lovely Montgomery Estates community. The neighborhood is surrounded by pine trees and is just a couple minutes walk to the national forest trails that access the Tahoe Rim Trail. We frequently travel to Tahoe for the snow and ski activities and we found South Lake Tahoe to have the best combination of beauty, peace, and access to fun. When we decided to purchase our vacation home we scoured the area and fell in love with this home in this beautiful neighborhood.
